Twits in History

Allen Gant Senior.  You sir, are an asshole.  You see, before this disastrous moment in history, your vile invention did not exist.  Literally centuries of refinement and artistry and silk came crashing down in 1959.  From the Greeks, to the Romans, to Queens of England, legs were sheathed in fine fabric.  Sure we had it wrong at first with men wearing them, but eventually stockings became the almost exclusive domain of women.  (Well mostly, what the hell were you thinking Joe Namath???).  And somehow you thought, well damn if we sew them together, maybe add a control top…  Let’s call them pantyhose.  Horror…blasphemy…Twitery of the highest degree.  Yes, you sir were an evil man, and you’ve cursed future generations with your scourge.
