Butt Out

Okay, they just passed a smoking ban in Las Vegas.  You know- Sin City?  Drugs, hookers, and now no smoking restaurants.  What doesn’t belong in this picture?  Yeah, yeah, second hand smoke, blah, blah.  Here’s an idea, worried about your kids inhaling second hand smoke at a bar that serves food?  DON’T take your kids to a bar!  But that’ll never happen- they we’d have parental responsibility.  Much easier to have the government enforce that- I’m sure the cops and health department have plenty of time and manpower to enforce this.  It’s okay, the smokers can go outside… no wait, they’re banning smoking OUTSIDE too.  What about drinking?  Isn’t that bad for you?  Let’s ban that.  Breathing polluted air- that can’t be good, let’s not breathe in LA…
