Talking on Cell Phone – Funny Picture

If you’ve been around here for a bit you’ll know I’m not a huge fan of folks who talk on the phone while driving. Now I don’t know about you all, but where I live there are some terrible drivers. George Carlin said “Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?” Take those same people and plug a phone in their hand and steering wheel in the other and you’re just asking for trouble. Don’t believe it? In 2006 a Kentucky woman had an accident while talking on the phone. Paramedics found her severed arm still clutching the phone! Mythbusters (an authoratative source if there ever was one ) found that folks talking on cell phones are more imparied than drunk drivers. Not reassuring. There are better places to talk on the phone.
