Vinko Bogataj. You probably don’t know the name, but you do know his work. On the Wide World of Sports, the poor bastard who ate it during “The agony of defeat”…yep, that’s Vinko. He even had a sniglet coined for him- “agonosis,” -The syndrome of tuning in on Wide World of Sports every weekend just to watch the skier rack himself.
